Siobhan Brodie
Siobhan’s eros with dance is as eternal as her memories. She dances alone, with others, and enjoys the dance of life both close up and at a distance. There are many expressions of this art. Over the years, her tangos and butoh have taken her through university degrees, into other studies, on ships, over land, amongst many remote peoples of the world, and within the vast interiors of imagination.
Siobhan is an experienced and accomplished Archetypal Therapist, Teacher, Relationship Counsellor and ConsciousBody Therapist. Siobhan works extensively in one-on-one therapy with individuals and couples. She co-facilitates all senior workshops and therapist training courses, and has written many papers on therapy, beauty, art, religious sensibilities and the Archetypal imagination.
Her interest in her thiasos includes image work, pathology, mythology, creative and erotic dialogues, movement and meditation. Siobhan’s dedication includes regular pilgrimages to India and other sanctuaries, where she is often observed in maenadic ecstasy, or enjoying kulfi, or both together.
